Garratt Fifty - 6th - 7th September 2008

2008 is the fiftieth anniversary of the construction of the Beyer-Garratt No.143 (Works No. 7868) now running on the Welsh Highland Railway (C), so what better way to celebrate the distinguished history of this famous company, than to dedicate North Wales’ Garratt-powered railway’s September enthusiasts’ event to this anniversary.
